More People Living in RV's in Venice

The bad economy has led to a surge of people living in campers and cars parked on the streets here in Venice. http://bit.ly/hEYWP There have been people living in RV's and campers here for many years, but the troubled economy has led to an increase in RV street camping prompting city councilman Bill Rosendahl to get involved because some Venice residents are complaining. He has proposed creating special zones away from neighborhoods where people can sleep in their vehicles.
