Hollywood ParK Grandstand Imploded

The grandstand at the former Hollywood Park racetrack in Inglewood, California, lies in ruins following its implosion early Sunday morning, May 31, 2015. Built in 1938 and closed in 2013, the roughly 300-acre racetrack site is at the heart of St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke's plan to return sports to the Los Angeles area with an 80,000-seat stadium. photos ©Jonathan Alcorn
