The new High School for The Arts is receiving the finishing touches in Downtown LA, right next to 101 freeway and the Cathedral. Los Angeles Unified School District's $234 million Central Los Angeles Area High School No. 9 is one of 132 new schools being built by the district in the next 4 years. Apparently this is just a temporary name until a permanent one is announced later. The architect is Wolf D. Prix
