A rare night water drop by an LA County helicopter in Rancho Palos Verdes
A new fire started on Thursday evening in the upscale Rancho Palos Verdes , joining other fires including the Station Fire above La Canada. Extreme heat helped fuel the fires, but firefighters and residents caught a break in that winds are very low.
