An eccentric man named Rick feeds the pigeons on the boardwalk in Venice. " somebody's gotta feed 'em" he says.
I was walking around with my friend Jacob and we saw this, no doubt one of the more bizarre things I've seen in my time living in Venice (14 years). And being true to the boardwalk, a tip jar is close by of course.
Where's Rick??
