Daisy 1995-2007
Daisy, my beloved best friend and loyal companion passed away this week at home. She was loving and sweet, smart and full of life. We had 12 great years together , and I will always cherish our time together.
She loved to go to work with me. We visited Nevada, Mexico, San Francisco many times, most of Southern California , and the Sierras , that beautiful Dog really got around! For recreation, Daisy loved hiking in the hills and canyons, walking at the beach, and never met a tennis ball she could resist.
She comforted me through difficult times and celebrated the good times right with me. She took care of me as much as I took care of her. I cannot express in words how much I miss her, but I take comfort for all that we shared and cherish the memories.

I am so very sorry. May God comfort your grieving heart.
Ah, whenever emotions prove to be too raw or too complex for words, there's Jon--camera at the ready. Precious few people have the strength to feel as intensely as you do. Even fewer have the power or desire to channel this ability into an awe-inspiring talent. Thank you for sharing your talent, especially at this time. In these photos you've simultaneously captured the essence of the sweetest doggy I've met and reflected the depth of her owner's love. You're an inspiration.
I know life for you will never be the same without Daisy. Life seems cruel when we lose our loved ones but I know as you know Daisy was a pot of gold. We should all be so lucky to have another life form accept, love, and trust us unconditionally. That's what I learned from Daisy, god bless her soul.
Jon,
I'm so sorry for your loss. As kids, we always loved our pets. But as adults, we realize they take on a larger roll in our lives. Take care and God bless.
Great photo selections, definitely captured her spirit. She will be missed.
Dogs just don't live nearly long enough! Apollo is very sad to learn about his long lost love Daisy. I will also miss her attacking my head whenever she saw me. And pulling me like a ton of bricks all over the streets on a walk. It will be hard to visit and not see her by your side. I'm so sorry for your loss. She will always be watching over you.
XOXO
Megan
I love the pic of her drooling over the donuts, I hope she got one for her super model poses.
Jonathan! I had no clue. Daisy was one of a kind, and you made her feel that way. I see you are using the energy you have to prosper in your career. You are a good man, and you have a precious heart. I miss you and I'm praying for you.
